@GoSuckADuck32 You're probably just trolling, but I'll answer. You're missing the point. The main issue here (and why the house is listed on Housecreep), is because using a home as a grow op can lead to mold/electrical/structural issues that all affect the value of the property. It says right in the posting that a hole had been punched through the foundation. Come on man, the post is only two sentences long lol. Ridiculous.

Haha wow why is this even on here? Do you know how many postings for the last 50 years should be on here if this is for houses that have been raided for drugs lol. Ridiculous.

What is Housecreep?

Housecreep is the top real estate website for finding stigmatized properties (i.e. murder houses, reportedly haunted houses, former drug labs etc.) and otherwise noteworthy homes. Easily lookup listings near you where murders and other crimes have occurred, where paranormal activity has been reported and much more.

Housecreep was launched in 2013 by two brothers from Canada. Our aim is to encourage disclosure in the real estate industry, and to help home buyers and renters make informed decisions.

A lot of the information on the website is crowdsourced. If you notice any inaccuracies or spam, please report it to us by using the 'report' button on the listing.

Don't forget to join us on Discord where you can give us feedback, suggest new features, and stay informed about changes to the website.
