Cathy Gaizat (Bradford) died in a house fire on the night of 3/28/2000 that was contained in the kitchen. She was found by her daughter-in-law a short while after the fire started. She passed out on the stove days after being released from Methodist Hospital, where she had been for 2 months due to complications with diabetes. She was survived by a son (Floyd Wells), husband (Gregory Gaizat), 2 grandchildren and 3 step children.
