James David Russell, 40, has been charged with first-degree murder and cannibalism. Russell is the primary suspect of the murder of groundsman David Flaget, whose body was found in a car on the Russell Family property. Russell fled from sheriff's deputies after a family member reported Flaget's body to officials, but was apprehended after a brief standoff. At Russell's residence, officials found evidence of cannibalism, including a bloody microwave. Note: "Odd Murders and Mysteries" lists the address of the property where the victim was found as 168 Lower Mosquito Creek. However, a phone book look up suggests that the correct address is 166 Lower Mosquito Creek
