Marijuana Grow Operation: Unit #409 was seized by the Toronto Police as a marijuana grow-op. Information was obtained by Housecreep via a freedom of information request.

Double homicide in 2nd floor apartment: A 22-year-old female and 14-year-old male were found stabbed to death.

Man fatally stabbed and beaten: Shawn Francis, 22, was fatally stabbed in a confrontation in the parking lot. Francis was chased throughout the complex and finally collapsed on the west side of Kipling Avenue.
