Frank Dwayne Blomme, 55, was found suffering from a gunshot wound and later died inside this northeast Calgary apartment building .Police were called to Valley Side Apartments at 322 1 Avenue N.E. at about 12:40 a.m. Sunday, August 7th 2016, for a check on welfare and have ruled his death a homicide. This case remains unsolved.
