From the perspective of a neighbor that recently moved out of the neighborhood, the place looked very normal from the outside but was on the market for years. And empty in all that time. Supposedly. Sometimes they would see a light on in the house or shutters open when nobody was there, and an over-all dark feeling like you were being watched. After a while they boarded up the windows so nobody would break in. Finally, this neighbor was offered the chance to see the inside during an open house. She felt as if she was being screamed at, watched, and chased the entire time. The energy in there is very dark. She said something very violent had to have happened in this house within the last 20-30 years. They lowered the price significantly and it was eventually sold. So if you are the current owner, maybe look into the history of the house because that might explain some things...
