$1 million in marijuana from three city residences: Police hauled more than $1-million worth of marijuana from three homes in west Guelph. Police, including tactical officers, went to three residences - houses at 40 Dunhill Cres. and 127 Fife Rd., as well as an apartment at 245 Westwood Rd. There were 30 to 40 Guelph Police and Wellington OPP officers involved in the raids. No one lived in the homes on Fife and Dunhill. The standard electrical hook-up had been illegally bypassed, police said. "It's wall to wall," said Guelph Police Sgt. Ron Lord of the marijuana crops at the houses. Police also seized $150,000 in growing equipment.
