What Happened at 40 Waverley Drive?

  • 1973-1992

I grew up in this house and to this day am convinced it's haunted. Very strange events took place in the home over the years, from something as simple as strange feelings that you weren't alone, to pictures falling off the wall on their own in the middle of the night. The basement was particularly creepy - with two cellars that felt like very evil places. Strange noises could often be heard through the house and coming up through the vents from the basement. I particularly remember waking up and going to the washroom in the middle of the night, coming back to my bed and finding the picture had fallen and smashed on the bed. The attic above the garage was also very creepy. I slept-walked a dozen times in this house and have never done it since I left. I've always been interested to know if the people who have lived there since have had any experiences......

Housecreep was launched in 2013 by two brothers from Canada. Our aim is to encourage disclosure in the real estate industry, and to help home buyers and renters make informed decisions.

A lot of the information on the website is crowdsourced. If you notice any inaccuracies or spam, please report it to us by using the 'report' button on the listing.
