Was walking by and looked at very top in that room there was a curtain there, it was held open there was no lights on, none lives in that apartment, and then all of a sudden I see a woman's face like she had a flashlight under her face. I could see the top half of her dress, it was old looking but it was like sheer u can see through it then the next min it was gone. It has been said by previous Tennant's that sometimes they would see this lady dressed in white, Didn't seem to do any harm. The Tennant's who live there now have only heard noises coming from upstairs apartment but when they asked them they said it wasn't them they were in bed and they didn't hear anything...hummmm....curious? Does anyone know any history of this house?
