March 18th, 1919

On March 18 1919 Mrs. Eva Hogarth and her four young children were found dead in the home from gas asphyxiation. An inquest deemed the deaths accidental.


Parents: Nicholas Cook Brown and Mary Wilhemina Alessandra Brown. Eva Mary Brown, second wife of Frederick John Hogarth, died along with her 4 children, by accidental asphyxiation with illuminating gas.
