Baljit Singh Bhamra, 49, was found dead around 6:15 a.m. in the hallway. Donovan Wentworth, 18, had been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the Dec. 1, 2015, killing of Baljit Singh Bhamra, 49, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter. Wentworth drunkenly beat a man to death and bit off part of his ear after the victim made sexual advances toward him
