The basement is uber creepy. Stuff left down there would disappear. It did not originaly have a basement or a 2nd bath. I played with a ouiji board there as a kid and ever since its not been the same. My alarm clock would turn off on its own. My hamper lid would wake me and my little sister up at night to opening and slamming shut repeatedly. Our moving boxes would move on there own upon moving out. Before my step dad built the shed it had a a patio there and a huge crab apple tree originily where a little boy climbed and fell off it onto the patio and landed on his neck killing him.

What is Housecreep?

Housecreep is the top real estate website for finding stigmatized properties (i.e. murder houses, reportedly haunted houses, former drug labs etc.) and otherwise noteworthy homes. Easily lookup listings near you where murders and other crimes have occurred, where paranormal activity has been reported and much more.

Housecreep was launched in 2013 by two brothers from Canada. Our aim is to encourage disclosure in the real estate industry, and to help home buyers and renters make informed decisions.

A lot of the information on the website is crowdsourced. If you notice any inaccuracies or spam, please report it to us by using the 'report' button on the listing.

Don't forget to join us on Discord where you can give us feedback, suggest new features, and stay informed about changes to the website.
