      Property is a rental property that has been neglected by the absentee landlord and has had a string of bad tenants that have significantly damaged the property, including drugs, pet urine / feces in property / back yard, water damage etc. There have been many police attendances to this property and the property has been an irritation to neighbors. The landlord had also installed an illegal basement suite that the city required to be removed. Extensive remediation has recently occurred with the intention to hide that it has historically been an abused rental property and give the impression that it's a regularly property, just needing some TLC.

      What is Housecreep?

      Housecreep is the top real estate website for finding stigmatized properties (i.e. murder houses, reportedly haunted houses, former drug labs etc.) and otherwise noteworthy homes. Easily lookup listings near you where murders and other crimes have occurred, where paranormal activity has been reported and much more.
